What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)
Good morning everyone. It's a snowy cold morning here - blah. Had a really great day in Toronto yesterday, but ended up getting caught in a snow storm on the way home. Very slow going on the 401.
Today I'm going swimming, and then home to do some paperwork, then tonight going out with DH to have dinner and listen to live music.
The eats today are:
Endless rivers of decaf
Scrambled eggs with 1/2 chicken sausage
Soup with meatballs
Beef Brisket and some French onion soup with cheese
SKYR yogurt with all the fixin's
Have a great day everyone. We made it to Friday, oh yeah.

Good morning :)
This morning the bathroom floor is being grouted. Who knew it would be so hard to decide on a grout colour. This afternoon I have a meeting at school. I have only been to campus once this term as I don't have any classes, so it feels weird to be going today.
Breakfast - yogurt, turkey sausage
Snack - carrots and pb
Lunch - green curry chicken
Snack - almonds and cranberries
Dinner - TBD
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
My next house will have dirt coloured grout. It's just to much work to keep white grout sparkling white. Sounds like your bathroom is almost done. Enjoy.

Have fun with your friend Ready. Those moments where people don't recognise you because you've lost so much weight are one of the best NSV's. Years ago I people not recognise me because I had gained so much weight. You are doing so well, your stall will break.

Hey all,
Good morning. CC, driving on the 401 always terrified me, especially in winter; glad you made it home safely. We have a winter weather alert going on today; snow flurries with white outs. We had a January thaw and I guess that's over now, lol.
My surgery is only 5 days away; I'm flying back to Toronto from SSM in 4 days. The bad news is I am still coughing and going through kleenex at the speed of sound but the good news is I was able to sleep through the night and did not wake up from coughing/wheezing for the first time since this all started, so hopefully things have taken a turn for the better. I also no longer feel all sore and achey, which is good. They told me I had to go down anyway, that it wouldn't be cancelled just for a cold. I'm assuming they'll check my lungs to make sure everything is OK before they give me surgery.
It was so weird to open my Optifast bin to take out my day's worth of shakes, to notice how low the pile is now. The bin was completely full when I started out; I could barely get the lid closed, and now it is practically empty. I can't believe how quickly the time has gone; when I started this, 3 weeks seemed like a such a long time and now there are only 4 days left to go!
So, Br.,L,S,S: Optifast shakes, plus plenty of hot chicken broth and lemon water.
