Lesson #1.  SF doesn't exist in Canada, they use the term No Sugar Added.

Lesson #2.  Not all No Sugar Added are completely sugar free as they make some with fruit juices so they technically have no added sugar but have tons of naturally occuring sugars, you want to stay away from those.  I have seen Chapman's brand No Sugar Added Ice Pops I believe they are called and all the big supermarkets carry them.  Just check the nutritional info and if they are more than 20 calories then they likely are the wrong ones.  You may have a hard time finding them this time of year.  If you are near a Walmart, they often have the No Sugar Added Mr. Freezies.  They are on a shelf and you just freeze the box when you get home.  Not sure if they have them this time of year or not but I had a hard time finding the popsicles so bought these and they filled the spot just as well.

I did see the No Sugar Added ones, but you're right, they all had between 8 and 20 grams of sugar - definitely not what I was looking for.

I've only ever been able to find no sugar added popcycles. They are Del Monte real fruit juice and only have 1g of sugar.

I know that sugar free Freezes are available when the summer stuff comes out. Maybe that is the case with the popsicles. There seems to be fewer products that are sugar free available for those of us in Canada.

They do ship.  I think that most of the grocery stores carry them in the summer.

Thanks!  I forgot about these store.  I remember them from years ago when I did Bernstein.

Are there any other products you normally purchase from them?  If I remember, one had a location in Markham.  I'll check that out.

They have the purse size DaVinci Caramel coffee sweetener that I buy.  I drink a lot of coffee and need it sweetened a little.  When we go out for dinner and others at the table are ordering a dessert, I order decaf coffee and put the caramel sweetener in and don't feel deprived.  I always make sure that my first sip of coffee is a least 30 minutes after my last bite of food.

We had a terrible time finding them last year but did find them at Walmart on Eglinton (apx at Warren) in Toronto once the summer things were out. The Mr. Freezies - no sugar - were there not with food but with the summer things like beach balls etc. at the front of the store.  Good luck!
