Excess Opti
Hi, just a heads up, but I was advised by my clinic to avoid opti post op, as it's too high in calories, and won't keep you satisfied.
Your best bet might be to go very low carb high protein for a couple weeks and see how you feel?

Hey, I have an entire box of opti left over. It's yours for free no need to pay me. But I do agree with the comment from insert fitness. I would go back to dense protein and low/no carbs. I think that is a better option. You will feel full and relearn your eating habits. Opti doesn't satisfy your hunger.
When I had regain I was told no more protein shakes. They just are a good way to get lots of calories in when you cannot eat regular food. Dense protein, low carb is what you need.
Track all your food and keep your calories 500 per day less than what you need to maintain. What you need to maintain is 10X your goal weight. So if your goal is 150 you need 1500 calories to maintain and 1000 calories a day to lose one pound a week.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
I have 2 boxes of vanilla that you are welcome to. Let me know if you are still looking into this option.
