Tell me about your NSVs!!!
My biggest NSV is that I no longer think in terms of limitations, I think in terms of possibilities. Life is different since WLS, life is better. There are so many things that are better, so many things that are possible. I used to watch people jogging, or doing other forms of exercise and wish that I could be that person. Now I am that person. I love exercise, and get cranky in a big way if I can't exercise. Food used to be my comfort, stress reliever, now exercise is my comfort and stress reliever.

NSVs are so important! I no longer use a cane; I can wrap a bath towel around me with out worrying that something is showing; I can walk faster and even run; my condo is so much cleaner as I have the energy and motivation to put things away and keep on top of things and most importantly I'm able to help my 82 year old Mom and it's not the other way around now! Keep track of your NSVs they will remind you of how far you have come!
