I'm 3/4 of the way through day 9 of Optifast.   Since day 1, I have not been sleeping very well.  I am up multiple times during the night, trouble getting back to sleep.   I'm exhausted!  Did anyone else experience this?  Anything that can help?   I am normally a great sleeper, takes me a little while to fall asleep but once I do, I'm out like a roc****il the alarm goes off.

Yes! I was like that for my first 1.5 weeks and the last week has been fine.  Hoping it continues the rest of my time on Optifast.

Your body is undergoing a lot of changes. Stress often comes out in sleep. Good sleep hygiene is important. Warm bath or shower before bed. Cut out electronics a couple hr before. Good paperback. If this doesn't work speak to your pharmacists. Sleepease or something similar works. Melatonin as well. Good luck

I'm just on Day 2.  I got up 4 times last night to use the washroom (too many liquids).

Just think about all the fat cells you are peeing out! :)   I found it almost uncontrollable how much I had to pee for the first few days.  It has gotten better now.

I have to pee every hour.  I had an hour and a half flight home yesterday and there was lots of turbulence so they kept the seat belt sign on the whole time and asked us not to get up or use the washroom.  As soon as we landed I had to run to the terminal to use the ladies room, lol.

Now that I'm home, I'm getting a work out every time I pee because our washroom is upstairs , lol.

I"m on Day 3 of Optifast now and I feel a difference in my body already.  I even like the taste of the Opti now, thank goodness.
