What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
You always so cheerful even when you're venting, lol. Sorry that the winter is playing havoc with the house. Bring on the nice weather please. I am done with the cold grey slushy weather.

I am only working 1/2 day. Would not work that except I need to go to a training on Outlook for Microsoft 360. I am hoping this is easy. My brain is tired this morning.
Having company tonight. The group has gone down to 8 people due to seasonal colds. This is a better fit for my table. This event is always pot luck so no major cooking for me but means I have no idea what people will bring. I am doing a cheese tray so can always just have that if only desserts show up.
b greek yogurt, raspberries, granola
l chicken in salsa, small salad
s sf pudding
d ?
Have a good day everyone
Happy Thursday! I got confused and thought it was Friday, lol!
B - Chocolate Opti with super cold water and ice (actually good this morning!)
30 minute walk at Lakefront Promenade Marina Park in Port Credit with my friend and her dog.
L - Vanilla Opt
Then off to Billy Bob Airport to fly home to the Sault, with prayers that Opti won't make me need to use the plane washroom (tiny plane!).
Supper and Snacks will be two more Optis, chicken broth, and celery or cucumber, if I have any at home.
So thankful the Opti tastes so much better when made with cold fridge water and loads of ice!
Have a nice day guys!

You're so close Kathy!
I remember my 4 weeks on optifast well. The first few days were rough then they grow on you, towards the end I wasn't using any added flavours to mask it. Definitley lots of ice and cold water help as well! I did all chocolate as I'd heard nothing good about vanilla. Before you know it, it will be over and you'll be on the losers bench!!
Thanks Cindi! 4 weeks of Optifast; OMG! How are you doing now?
I'm getting used to the taste now, thank goodness.
I don't mind the vanilla but I do like the chocolate better.
