2 questions Vitamins and used clothes

Hi Ontario peeps, 

My local shoppers stopped carrying regular citrical, and switched to an extended release, which is not great for me. I bought the life brand version, but I've read a bit about their brand having low efficacy.

where do you get your calcium citrate?

second, does anyone know of a good way to sell gently used plus size clothes? Online would be great. Most local consignment shops here don't have a plus size section, and sites like kijiji seem to be duds. Most of what I have will be donated, but I have a few pieces I'd like to see if I can sell them. Are there any Facebook groups you'd recommend?

Can't help you with clothing but for calcium I buy the Kirkland brand at Costco!

I would be surprised if it were totally citrate.  Can you check the bottle?

The bottle says Kirkland Calcium Citrate with 200 IU Vitamin D

Calcium Citrate is 315mg and Vitamin D3 5 mcg

Those are the only 2 medicinal ingredients listed.  350 tablets in a bottle!

Is it chewable? I only do chewables 

Unfortunately no -they are big horse pills!!  What chewables do you buy and where?

Are there different flavours? 

Some of the Bariatric Centre Hospital pharmacies have Bariatric Advantage Calcium Chews in different flavours.  I know St. Joe's in Hamilton has them.  For clothes, sometimes on this site there is a clothing exchange in the spring.  Won't get you money, but might get you some cute clothes.  I donate to Value Village and in doing so, I get a discount on anything that I buy there.  It was great as my size was changing monthly.
