Questions about diet first week post op

So i was transferred to guelph for surgery only. All my follow ups are going to be at TWH. Dr perira hong told me i have to follow twh diet as i am under their care

My surgeon follow-up after the surgery will be with her. Everything else will be at Toronto Western.
