Morning all. OMG, yesterday was horrible for driving. There was no visibility in Kitchener on my commute to Simcoe. It took me almost an hour to get out of Kitchener. So many times i almost turned back and told myself that there was no exam worth risking my life, seriously, none. I verified what the protocol was because next time i will just take the fail if they can't accommodate me (rant over).

On the other hand, i think i did well. It wasn't hard and it was a case study. Thank god that was the last one and i'm on break now till the fourth. Well, i'll be off to placement soon and work in the afternoon. Argh, i need a vacation and my knee has been aching. I'm also in a bad mood as i haven't been able to go to the gym all week.

B - coffee 10%, meat and cheese

L - fish stew

D - chicken and veg

Menu is not really complete and is subject to change.

Have a great day all, Nia.

Nia great job on the exam.  The driving was horrible yesterday.  I never made it to the doctor because the road was closed because of zero visibility.  He will reschedule for the new year.  I really wanted to see him because of knee issues as well.  Not going to the gym or swimming puts me in a bad mood too.  It's so funny that it was the other way around before WLS.

Thank you CC. Yes it was terrible but i feel for your knee having to wait for the appointment next year. My knee has been trouble for a while and i had to reschedule the MRI appointment because of the weather too. That damn cold of yours better go away or else, lol.

Happy Friday!

Optifast all around for me today on my last day of work! Woot! I'm off for 3.5 weeks after today! Not that I'm excited or anything.

Tonight I'm hitting MI with a friend to get fun things like powerade zero, Isopure juice, cottage cheese, fairlife etc for after surgery (Tuesday!)

I've got a busy weekend so I may not be checked in (taking dogs to boarding kennel, cleaning my house and attending a memorial for a friends husband who passed away suddenly two days ago... sad times).

Have a great weekend all!

Good morning everyone.  This stupid cold has decided it wants to stay another day.  Be gone with you demon cold.  My voice sounds like a troll's voice.  DH's Christmas party is this weekend and I have to transform from red/runny nosed troll to elegant wifey, lol.  Ginny can you please send some of your soup because that sounds so yummy.

Absolutely nothing planned today except trying to get all of my fluids in and staying warm.

The eats today are - protein coffee x many, soup, hot SF apple cider, tea.

Have a great day everyone.

Slept in then a meeting with the lawyer. Finally have proper wills and power of attorney's. Previously they were just internet ones. About time. Off for a long walk shortly. Need to hit a Belgian Chocolate Shop for my boss's gift. Might take the streetcar back. See how the body feels. Not bad out now.

Before surgery always ate chicken breast for low fat due to cholesterol. Last night had it in curry and had problems digesting it. Back to thighs

Tonight out to hear a reading of Scrooge. Went last year and really enjoyed it. Our interim priest is director of plays in North York. He gets people to read that are really good.

b greek yogurt, banana, coffee smoothie (banana because I am having cramps again. Lately in my foot)

l ham/lentil/pea soup

d left over chicken. Thought we were having it last night but DH made curry

s coffee

Foot cramps are brutal.  One time my foot was on a right angle while cramping.  Awful
