What are you eating/doing Thursday?
In the first couple of weeks I only had like 1/4 c of soup or oatmeal or yoguart - and it took a while to eat. The only thing I felt I could eat as much as I wanted was cottage cheese (but I never let myself).
I increased sloooowly to 1/2 c during pureed and now two months later I can eat anywhere from 1/2 to 1c depending on the food. It really varies based on how dense something is, and honestly sometimes I don't feel like eating anything. But I know we have to, that I'm only having like 500-600 calories which isn't hardly anything and it's important to get nutrients in!
Just take it nice and slow - you will get there!

Happy Thursday! Logging in late today as... work. Sigh.
B: optifast (Missed it, see comments below)
L: Optifast with raspberry extract
D: Optifast with Torani sF PB and a dash of salt
S: Optifast (feeling hopeful LOL)
This is a perfect world menu, but things I'm struggling with today: a) eating only when I'm hungry (i.e. on Optifast, never) and b) eating even though I am hungry.
For the last few months I have successfully only been eating when I'm hungry. Now I'm telling myself I have to eat 4 optifast even though I am not hungry at all. Playing with my marbles... you know?
So I've been getting like 2.5 in. I cannot, simply cannot drink a whole one. Its not taste, I find them not hard to drink, but they sit like a lead baby in my big fat belly and make me wanna hurl.
Alas. Onward and upward.
Also today, I am patient-less (I work in an audiology clinic - get your hearing tested by an audiologist people no chain stores!) so I am prepping for my 3 weeks off. Tomorrow is my last day. Also cleaning out my desk a bit so no one accuses me of being a hoarder. Cause well, I'm a hoarder.
I hope everyone's Friday eve is fantastic!
