Morning all. Yesterday was the exam from hell, so i can relate with you Ginny. A lot of people complained as she told us to review one thing and gave the exam based on another. When i left and hour later, the person behind me still hasn't written anything, lol. Good thing she had told us we passed before we started. Today's exam is contemporary issues, so it's more of taking a stand and writing why, so that's doable. Will be off soon. TRX and Zumba tonight at the gym which should be fun.

B - Coffe 10%, 1 chicken thigh

S - 1oz mozzarella, 1 slice deli roast beef

L - 3oz steak, 1 cup salad

S - protein shake

D - i made cranberry bean and smoked pork shoulder in the crock pot. I will have a cup of that.

S - quest protein bar

Morning Peeps! Today is another fun filled day of Optifast! (AKA I'd kill my sister for a pickle day!)

I'm doing great, just kiddin'. Today is my sister's 38th birthday and so we're off to a local hot spot for to die for smelling Italian nummies. I get a chocolate Optifast and I'm really OK with that. I will sniff everything thoroughly though.

B - egg on a piece of ezekiel flax "bread"

L - Pickle, cheese, turkey

D - 2 turkey meatballs with sauce

S - Vegan "brownie" (it's beans with cocao, let's be honest here...), cottage cheese

Going to the gym for cardio and weights (can only do legs and arms because I'm only 7weeks out) and a dog walk before dinner.

656 calories, 54g protein, 26g net carbs, 33g fat.
