I'm having a hard time getting more than 2-3 in. 4 makes me feel all icky... not taste wise, just sits like lead in my belly and I'm never hungry.
One week from today I'll be flying to Toronto for my surgery next Tuesday! Yay!

Good morning. Here are my food choices for today.
B - Protein Shake made with skim milk
S - 2 Clementine's
- 1 Omelette cupcake
L - 3oz turkey
- 2 tbs squash
- 1 cup of salad
S - 28g Beef jerky
D - 140g Salmon fillet
- 1½ cups of salad
- 2 tsp Caesar dressing
S - 36g Salami
Totals: 937 Calories, 55g Carbs, 34g Fat, 109g Protein
And I did 10 Miles on the bike at the gym this morning. :)

Morning peeps. I was in panic mode last night because of the snow. It's exam week and i thought the roads would be bad today. Thank goodness they were clear and i got to school and back with no incidents. Rinse and repeat tomorrow. I have a slight headache today, so hopefully a little tylenol will work. Yay, i can go for boxing tonight since I'm home at a normal hour.

B - Coffee 5%, 1 stuffed pepper no rice
L - homemade scotch egg, 1/4 cup green beans
S - 1oz almonds, 1oz light mozzarella
D - 3oz pork chop, 1 cup salad
S - tea, 1tbsp almond butter, 34 degree crackers
Totals: 990, 36 carbs, 59 fat, 80 protein
