They were fun. We did not go too far. I think packing snow is a little harder than powder. We did this at Horeshoe last year. Missed the hot tub after, LOL

Optifast! Optifast and more Optifast!

I'm having a hard time getting more than 2-3 in. 4 makes me feel all icky... not taste wise, just sits like lead in my belly and I'm never hungry. 

One week from today I'll be flying to Toronto for my surgery next Tuesday! Yay!

I'm having a hard time getting all 4 Optifast in as well.  Where in Toronto is your surgery?  I'm scheduled for December 21st at Humber River

I'm at Michael Garron, Toronto East :) glad to hear I'm not the only one struggling! I guess I can be glad that that's my Optifast story and not diarrhea or hating the flavor ;)

I found that I could only take 3 a day. I had a bad reaction to them so did not worry about the 4th one. Just keep hydrated

Great if you can drink them all, however you won't perish from too little calories for just a few weeks.

I think I managed to get four in on two occasions during my three weeks of optifast. I usually drank three only.

Good morning. Here are my food choices for today. 

B - Protein Shake made with skim milk

S - 2 Clementine's  

   - 1 Omelette cupcake

L - 3oz turkey

   - 2 tbs squash

   - 1 cup of salad

 

S - 28g Beef jerky 

D - 140g Salmon fillet

   - 1½ cups of salad

   - 2 tsp Caesar dressing

S - 36g Salami

Totals: 937 Calories, 55g Carbs, 34g Fat, 109g Protein 

And I did 10 Miles on the bike at the gym this morning. :)

Morning peeps. I was in panic mode last night because of the snow. It's exam week and i thought the roads would be bad today. Thank goodness they were clear and i got to school and back with no incidents. Rinse and repeat tomorrow. I have a slight headache today, so hopefully a little tylenol will work. Yay, i can go for boxing tonight since I'm home at a normal hour.

3yrs post op

B - Coffee 5%, 1 stuffed pepper no rice

L - homemade scotch egg, 1/4 cup green beans

S - 1oz almonds, 1oz light mozzarella 

D - 3oz pork chop, 1 cup salad

S - tea, 1tbsp almond butter, 34 degree crackers

Totals: 990, 36 carbs, 59 fat, 80 protein
