Whey Free Protein Shakes
Does anyone have any suggestions for both pre-made and powders for protein that does not contain whey?
Thanks

Hi there, I tried VEga One. It is a pea based protein, and was on the list of approved protein shakes from my clinic. I think the paper said that one specifically, because some of the products in the Vega line are much higher in calories. So you might want to double check.
I thought it tasted fine.

Yes all the vega shakes should be fine. Pea based protein is actually a very high quality protein, comparable to whey. I read a very good article about it last year. If I find it I will send you the link.

See if you can try the pea based one before you buy (I think Popeye's has one) I think they are all super vile. There is no way I could choke them down.
