What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning all. No swimming yesterday. Just could not bring myself to go. Did do my physio exercises. Going for a walk at lunch today. When I walk with the dog it is long walk but slow. It is nice to walk by myself and be able to have a quicker pace.
Out to dinner tonight. Looked at the menu and could not find anything great. I will probably have a chicken taco appetizer but just eat the insides. I have put in extra calories in case I eat the whole thing. Also a glass of wine.

Happy Thursday! It's snowing here (we don't get a lot of snow in Windsor, so amuse me!) this morning. Almost a 1/4" on the ground. This is the first snow of the year. The dogs are LOVING IT.
I'm continuing on with my ugly scarf today. its really ugly. LOL Youtube just taught me to crochet, and I'm not at all good at it, but I am totally wearing this scarf!

It's hot pink and metallic purple to match my new columbia coat. I couldn't find a matching scarf, so I youtubed how to crochet. It really ain't pretty LOL

CC, I need to purchase some Chia and hemp and try with yogurt.
Going to be an 1800 - 2000 calorie day today. I can handle it. As always, Protein first. I have some planned treats in my menu this week. My DH is so excited to smell baking in the house. Something I rarely do post WLS.
