What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning everyone. I can not believe how close Christmas is and I am so not prepared. I don't even know what I'm getting for DH. Any suggestions would be much appreciated?
Today I'm swimming this morning and Zumba right after. Later more Christmas card writing (at least these are for Canada and should get there on time) household drudgery and possibly a nap because I woke up way too early this morning.
The eats today are - protein coffee, scrambled eggs with mushrooms, chicken meatballs with marinara and ricotta, SKYR yogurt with hemp, chia, buckwheat and protein powder (I have found this to be so filling that it keeps me satisfied for at least 4-5 hours. I will add different flavourings, and sometimes throw in some chopped prunes or walnuts. Let it sit overnight in the fridge. Today's flavour is salted caramel.)
Have a great day everyone.

Morning CC. It seems as though both of us aren't for Christmas. I've been so busy that i can't do the shopping. We've got a few weeks to catch up though, so good luck. What does your husband like? You can get him a golf package, or tickets to some event. I know you both go to listen to music. Maybe a cruise vacation where he can take you along, lol. Tell us what he like and we can come up with something.
My days are starting to feel like ground hound days. I shall not bother you nice people with my boring day. Zumba later tonight.

Really nice looking stats there Skotti. It's not always easy to get 3 meals, 3 snacks under 1000 calories and over 110 grams of protein.
