Hello,

We must have been at the same orientation class.  My last appointment was scheduled for January 29th 2017 and I was calling as well looking to move it.  I was there one day with my hubby and thought I would ask again. .. I was there on a Friday and was able to have my last appointment that next Monday.. I am now waiting to hear when my surgeon appointment is as my file went to rounds December 1st.  Don't give up and keep trying.

Good luck!!

I called a few times to try and get my appointments sooner but that never worked. The only time I was able to get my appointments changed to sooner ones was when I was already at the hospital for one of the appointments and asked if there was anything available.

I think you may be right, but as I have all of my appointments through the Telehealth Network, that won't work for me.

I left a message on Monday and again on Tuesday as it went directly to their answering machine.  I was hoping for at least a call back and it didn't happen.  I could assume that if they don't call me back then they don't have any cancellations, or I can persevere until I actually get an answer.  I have been friendly and respectful - which is always my way.  But I don't think requesting a phone call back after leaving two messages is too much to ask.

I think I will leave another message today - or actually speak to someone - and request clarification as to what they would prefer me to do.  I was told to call once a week, and I have.  I was told Monday was the best day, and I did.  Now, to get a phone call back in response ...

Thanks to everyone for your advice.  The journey goes on.
