Hi there. I like dance and it's no surprise i don't find it challenging. Some of the new moves she has been doing are challenging because i have a bum knee. Don't worry about two left fee, as long as you are moving. So many uncoordinated people who come, but they are there just to have fun. You can start as soon as you're given the all clear from your doc. Good luck.

Ginny your numbers look great today.  Good morning everyone.

I decided to give myself a break from swimming this morning because my hip was hurting last night after Zumba.  I will still go to the Zumba class tonight because it's a different style of class and I want to give it a try.  The rest of today is household chores, Christmas card writing, and paperwork.

The eats today are, protein coffee, scrambled eggs with salsa, eggs with salmon and spinach for dinner, SKYR yogurt with chia, buckwheat, hemp and chocolate protein powder mixed in.

Have a great day everyone.

Thanks CC.  I gotta do something to change things up....the scale spikes on Monday (for a variety of reasons  of which I am fully aware)....and then on Tuesday it drops back to that dreaded 191.8....I've seen that number so many times over the last couple of weeks but can't seem to get past it or get it to stay!  So here's to trying something different!

Hey CC, what kind of Zumba class is this? Is it more slower Latina or some other style. The instructor I go to is so high energy that your are sweating just in the warm up. I like the faster booty shaking classes though. I knew under all that weight i was a dancer/athlete etc. and I'm enjoying it.

Tonight's class was Toning/Yoga.  It was a one hour class and not as much jumping around and twisting so it was easier on my knee.  She does the first 1/2 hour on toning and the second 1/2 hour is a flo style yoga class.
