What are eating doing Tuesday?

Not too much planned today. Boring day at work and then I have to go pick up my new specs at Costco. ordered them Friday and they came in yesterday! Hubby ordered me a Garmin Index Smart Scale for Christmas....can't wait to get it but he won't let me have it until Christmas day.
B - 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices bacon
S - 2 oz grilled chicken with peppers and onions
L - chicken salad, with red onions and celery and light mayo
S - 2 oz turkey breast
D - shepperds pie
Total Cal 761, Carbs 23, Protein 98

Ginny, I'm jealous of your Xmas gift. My BF won't tell me what I'm getting. However he just gave me my belated birthday gift (my bday was in July)... He got me a smar****ch sport to replace my Fitbit. That smart scale sounds like a great gift too!!
I'm teaching today and tomorrow and that's it for the term. I can't believe it's over. It has been one heck of a learning experience.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - egg, yogurt
Lunch - spaghetti sauce
Snack - pepperette, cheese
Dinner - I need a denser protein option. I have been snacking too much after dinner lately.
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
A smar****ch sounds awesome too! I'm not sure how accurate any scale is really but I'm excited for the different measurements the Garmin will provide me! I wonder how close it will be to my scale now! That will be interesting. The Garmin scale can sync to my phone so that's kind of cool too! I'll tell you all about it after Christmas. It will be delivered by Amazon to me here at work.....sooooo.....I've been ordered to bring it home still sealed!
This year has flown by Meg! I'm looking forward to the downtime over the holidays!

I'm not in the mood to watch my eating which means I have to be careful. This is my plan for today . When I DO go off its usually not by much. I still have a few hundred calories to work with today if necessary.
EATS
B - 4 oz of PC stuffed roasted turkey breast
1/4 cup splenda cranberries
L - 4 oz of roasted turkey breast
Splenda cranberries
S - 2 oz of roasted turkey breast
Splenda cranberries
D - 6 oz of baked halibut
Few bites of veg
Small piece of hot sourdough
Glass of red
1 bite of DH's dessert
S - oikos greek
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are : Calories - 1,275, Carbs - 93 Grams, Protein - 91 Grams

Good morning all. Managed to get the date wrong for the survey. It will be later this month. I find Tuesdays so tiring. Glad this is the last Tuesday my son and his family come for dinner. It is not like we have a relaxing meal and socialise. By the time I get home from work we eat and they race out the door for Scouts leaving DH and I babysitting. I feel like I need to come up with something for her to do every week. Normally I would like this but Tuesday's are just so long a day.
I have a physio appointment today. Being mostly doing the exercises. Need to talk to him about the band he has me using. I think it is too tight for me.
