23 hours to go
I can't believe in less then 24 hours I'll be in surgery!
What seemed like only a dream will be reality before I know it.
As I was making my breakfast optifast I realized I'm actually going to miss it. The simplicity of not having to think about what to eat. I've lost a total of 25.4 lbs as of this morning. Almost a lb a day!
I'm leaving for Toronto on the 2:30 train.
It will be a busy day so I probably won't make it back on until after surgery.
Thank you for all the support and I will see you all on the flip side!
Good Luck!
Won't be long till you are on the losers bench. Even if you feel pretty poor after surgery every day will get better. I had surgery 2 weeks ago tomorrow and don't feel like I had anything done!
