I began Optifast diet this morning. Enjoyed a 'tasty' vanilla with coffee this morning.

Actually wasn't that bad. What I really don't like is powdered Metamucil in pink lemonade flavour.

May have to rethink the Metamucil powder and get the capsules.

3 more weeks to go!!!!

My favourite way is blended with lots of ice. I bought the syrups and tried the instant coffee but to me they just make it taste worse. I am drinking one right now and just added some Benefibre.

How are you drinking yours? I am open to suggestions! Lol

Yes that sounds amazing!!!! The banana syrup is something that I do not have but must try....
