Good morning everyone.  Birdie temptations are everywhere this time of year.  Good for you for getting back on the horse.  I am going to have a planned treat on Christmas day.  It is has been sitting in my freezer for 2 months.  I'm sure there will be some horse riding for me on Boxing day, lol.

This morning I'm doing Aquafit, then Zumba.  Later it's household drudgery and paperwork.  Tonight I'm hoping for a cozy fire and chillin' with DH in front of the TV.

The eats today are - protein coffee, scrambled eggs, turkey chili with cheese on top, SKYR yogurt.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning, chilly day here today!  I don't like it.  I'm cold all the time.  I've ate absolutely on track the last two days.  If it wasn't planned it didn't go in my gub.....and thank you scale for not recognizing my efforts....Beeyotch.

Will try again today, but so hard when you don't see the results (yes instantly, that's they way I roll!) and your hubby is waving carrot cake in your face.....mmmmm carrot cake, its not so much the cake but the yummy cream cheese icing, I resisted and he has one piece left for tonight, I will not eat cake, I will not eat cake.

Congratulations on your strength. The carrot cake might of got pushed in his face if he dared wave it towards me. I love cream cheese icing! I have no sense of humor over cake

Morning all. Good to get back on that saddle ASAP. Like CC said, it's hard to do that at this time of year. Yesterday at placement, they had this nice red velvet cake. I've never met a cake I don't like. Funnily enough i was not tempted. I would have gobbled this up but was, meh. Maybe next week will be a different story. There's always a tonne of food there and it takes a LOT of will power to say no all the time. I guess me not eating that cake yesterday showed, coz when I went to boxing last night, when i walked in the room, the instructor was like, wow. You look very tiny today, especially my waist. I was so happy coz i've been feeling body conscious lately. No doubt i hit harder yesterday, lol.

Off to placement in a bit. Then tonight i go and help register for the Santa Shuffle. Come and run CC, we have goody bags.

Top of the day, all! Plugging away on healthy eating until Tuesday when I don't have to think, I just mindlessly drink Optifast. Is it weird that I am looking forward to not cooking/planning? LOL

B: Simply protein kid's brownie *total yum BTW

L: (2) Noah Martin's Turkey pepperoni, 1 sargento reduced fat cheddar cheese stick, 2 stalks of celery and my staple, a strubs full sour pickle

D: 4oz pork schnitzel and asparagus

Its paperwork day at work so I'm riding a desk, my fitness tracker is already vibrating telling me to move...

Be careful what you wish for. Enjoy solid food now. Between opti which I hated and then not having solid food after your surgery you will crave something solid eventually.

You are making some great changes that should help you later. Good luck

The no planning part is nice, but as Pat said, you'll be missing solid food in no time.

Work today then home. DH wants to go out to dinner but I think we will stay in. I have put in what I know we can have from the fridge if we stay in.The cabbage rolls are home made and have very little rice in them

I am tired from waking up at 2:30 this morning. DH's tablet decided to start playing music loudly downstairs. I tried to ignore and an dosed for a while but finally got up and went and turned down the volume. I was too asleep to figure out what was actually playing on it.

b greek yogurt, sf jam

l chili

s baby bel

d cabbage rolls, salad

s laughing cow, crackers

cal 1063, carb 116, prot 78

High carbs but mostly from legumes in the chili
