What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Thanks! I'm really trying. I've always been a really successful 'dieter'. I'm doing this as hopefully a more successful long term plan, you know, instead of hating myself every 4-5 years when I get fat again. I'm hopeful for sure!
And thanks for the cute dogs comment. They're kinda my whole life (you know other than work and family). Ruby is a 12 year old yellow lab and Nola is a 5 year old Curly-Coated Retriever. Love them :)

That is what my instructor said when I asked for exercises for you. I think the exercise on the floor she wanted you to fire your gluts. When I do squats, my instructor is always saying to fire my gluts as I straighten up. My butt is so flat now it's hard to find my gluts, lol.

Good day everyone,
Today I'm doing some serious cleaning, I had planned to do it this weekend before surgery, however I had to have the electrician in to replace all the outlets on one whole side of my house and boy can they make a mess! So needless to say, that will keep me busy for the day!
My eats for the day
B, L, D and snack 1 - Optifast with a teaspoon of decaf coffee and a couple drops of French vanilla extract (I'm a creature of habit and once I find something I like I stick with it)
Snack 2 - 1 cup of vegetable broth
Have a great day everyone!!
Looking good Cinderz. You can also put the same Opti in a Magic Bullet with lots of ice for a frappuccino style drink.

Hi crqvingchange,
My magic bullet is my best friend! I throw several ice cubes through my snow cone ice crusher (which has also become my best friend, and so glad I bought it for $10.00, when Zellers went out of business!!)
The shakes come out thick like an actual milkshakes they go down easier and I feel fuller then if just made with plain water and no ice. When I go to friends places I pack it all with me and friends now even keep instant decaf coffee and ice on hand, one even keeps benfibre as that is a must for every shake lol
