I love the different Greek yogurt flavours that they have. I don't mind some of the source ones, but I was sad when they stopped making the apple pie ones. 

I think we can get the Krave jerky here... I think I got it from the Goodness Me market in Guelph.

And what are Arnold's thins? Are they sweet or savory? My downfall is sweet stuff -- so I like finding new treats.

Arnolds are thin little 100 calorie buns. Savory.  I use them as a hamburger bun.

Meg I know that you like carrots and peanut butter.  Goodness Me in Guelph had single serve packets of Buff Bake protein peanut butter and almond butter.  They had flavours like white chocolate and snickerdoodle.

Oh my goodness, that sounds delightful!! Yes, I love carrots and PB. It's a weird thing I started eating post-op :)

Morning all. Thanks CC, i'm feeling a bit better today. Overslept too lol, but i got to school on time. I will probably got to the gym for TRX and Zumba. I drank so many liquids yesterday, i was so sloshing all over. Onward and upwards.

3yrs post op

B - Coffee 5%x2, 3oz veal tongue, 1/2 cup broccoli

S - 1/4 cup edamame

L - 2oz tilapia, 1oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup sugar free pudding

S - 2.5oz chicken breast

D - 3oz port, 1/3 cup cucumbers

S - silk almond with miralax, 1/2 quest mint bar

Totals: 980 calories, 30 carbs, 46 fat, 111 protein

Hi Nia

You know there is no prize for exercising when we don't feel well!  Its OK to give you poor body a break when suffering thru colds and flu.  Just sayin...

Thanks Barb. I know it's hard to take it down a notch when you have to rest but it's true that i have to listen to my body.

3 weeks from today I'll be in surgery :) 

Today is work then obedience classes with my freakshow of a dog. Always a fun (and busy) time LOL

Breakfast: Premier Protein

Lunch 1/2 can of tuna with 2 tsp of light Mayo and celery salt

Dinner 7oz tilapia and fresh green beans 

Snack: We'll see what time I get home! I haven't been snacky at night lately, but I may have salt and vinegar almonds if the mood strikes. 

Supposed to be warm and sunny today!
