Too busy weekend. Enjoyed the Grey Cup game. What an ending!
Off shortly for a long walk with the dog. May finally look at a cupboard I know needs cleaning out. We have a guy coming about putting in a fire place. It is something we have talked about doing for over 30 years. Finally doing it. Have to ick the stone front. We have a fake old electric one that we could not use since the wiring was original. We have old brick with a wood mantel that matches the old baseboards. We hope to salvage the mantle since it would be impossible to match the wood.
b greek yogurt, blueberries
l chili, yogurt
d chicken, (veg to be determined and bought on walk)
s laughing cow, crackers
The scale says my weight is stable but my jeans say the hips are expanding. Problem is I seem to lose the weight off my upper body and keep the big butt!
There is something about coming inside on a cold day to a warm cozy fire. It transforms the room. I could read a book by the fire, or just have a cup of tea. DH likes to sit with a glass of wine and watch the fire while listening to music.
