Been away a while - school is extremely intense these last couple months with assignments. Also, family and daily visits with my grandma and all her needs and errands. Not complaining I'll take all the time with her I can get!

I've managed t gain 10lbs and i'm having a mini panic attack over it. I know my eats been off with being home and gone so many times a day/week. And often not having anything i can bring with me- no where to heat it up and a schedule that just doesn't allow much. 3 hour lectures in a hall where food and drink isn't permitted! so everything's been super off! I've seen others bringing in water lately including one of the instructors! so, I may just follow suit!

My plan for today is wonky at best as I sit here and rack my brain as i've been doing for a while on the assignment due tomorrow... It's frustrating to say the least.

Eats planned so far are

B - almost 2 mark angelo slouvaki kabobs.... took me a good 40 minutes or more to eat while I try to multitask.

L - completely uncertain - going to rack the fridge to see what I find but will likely be a chocolate protein shake with some peanut butter added (ran out of pb2 :( )

D- this is the bad one - I"m bringing my grandma A&W as she requested and by the time i'm done with school that, going to the banks etc I'll likely end up grabbing a wrap or something at the same time.  I've also discovered I'm out of chicken (my go to) and the ones I cooked up yesterday to take today were freezer burned i think - tasted AWEFUL!

Snacks - i don't always snack but I'm going to bring 2 babybel cheeses with me. I have a lecture then a 3 hour lab - definitely no food or water in that lab! blech!

I'm also in a food rut where I don't really want anything, then suddenly i see something i know i shouldn't have and suddenly i'm dieing to have it.

Stats so far for breakfast and lunch are - Cals - 430, carbs-10g, protein -51g

Well I'm sure that's enough rambling for today.

Try and catch that ten pounds  right now.   You are still experiencing malabsorption.   It will start to really get tough past 2-3 years.

Good Luck
