Morning
I am so glad to be back to posting my eats on a regular basis. Enormously helpful for keeping on track.
Couple of meetings this morning then a few personal items to take care of.
EATS
B - 1 cup of eggbeaters scrambled with 1 oz of parmesan
L - 4 grilled jumbo shrimp
1 cup of whatever the veg of the day is
D - 1 cup of eggbeaters scrambled with 1 oz of habanero cheese
S - oikos greek yogurt X 2
6 triscuits with 2 tsp of light peanut butter
6 triscuits with 2 slices of FF cheese
MYFITNESSPAL TOTALS for the above menu are : Calories - 1,114, Carbs - 95 Grams, Protein - 105 Grams
All water and vits

Good morning everyone. DH and I had fun at the movies last night, but now I'm dragging my ass this morning.
Today I have swimming this morning, then coffee with a friend, then yoga,. After yoga, I'm taking an 85 year old out for lunch, then running some errands and Zumba tonight.
At some point I will have to start writing out Christmas cards. I can't write them all at once or my hand goes numb, so I write 10 at a time.
The eats today are - protein coffee, Greek yogurt with chia, hemp and chopped prunes, not sure for lunch, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon for dinner.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
Every Wednesday is swimming, yoga and Zumba. Thank God they're not back to back.

Happy Hump Day, its been a long week already and still 3 days to get through. Been tired lately....
Nothing on the go today, just the regular boring work routine.
B - 100 gr pot roast
S - Lite & Fit caramel apple pie
L - leftover steak/chicken fajita innards, with some sour cream and cheese....had this in lettuce wraps last night, was yummy but could eat so little
S - 1 devilled egg (so half an egg) and a premier protein shake
D - chicken breast with salsa, a little mozz on top
Totals - Cal 848, Protein 123, carbs 25

Yesterday was the first day I've been at the school late enough to leave in the dark... Yuck. I don't love driving in the dark all that way, or going to my car in the dark parking lot. I never used to be scared being alone at night like that, but I feel less secure now.
Today I'm teaching again and meeting with a couple first year students from my program, so that will be fun :) I had a couple senior students who helped me when I was starting, so I know how important it can be for others.
Breakfast - protein soft serve
Snack - egg, cheese
Lunch - pepperette, pickles
Snack - yogurt, peanuts
Dinner - I'm thinking ham, but we may still have leftovers
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
Morning all. I think i'm coming down with the cold bug or something. Between everyone coughing at school, work, gym, it's a fight not to catch something when i'm out. Went to bed early for a change and sleep good, but that make me want more sleep. Placement today, which i enjoy quite a bit, then Boxfit later on tonight. Catching up on assignments and that's about it. Not really feeling food today, but these are my eats.

B - Coffee 5%, 3oz oxtail
S - nada
L - 3oz pork chop, 3 mini cucumbers
S - 1oz pork rinds
D - 1/2 cup Shepard's pie (don't really want this, but its pre-made and i'm to tired to cook)
S - 1 cup silk almond, 1/2 quest protein bar
