RNY  7 Years 7 Months Post Op 

Morning 

Pat, I hope your appointment at the pain  clinic was productive.   

Meetings this morning then I actually have the rest of the day free.  Christmas decor is up and looking good.   Everthings cleaned up and put away.   I love it when the house is decorated , but really dislike the "upping and downing ".

STEPS :   where is my fitbit? !  Figuring somewhere in the 5-6000 range but maybe more 

EATS 

B  -  1 cup of eggbeaters scrambled with 1 oz of parmesan 

L  -  5 oz of trout 

       Half cup of broccoli 

D -  1.5 skewers of chicken souvlaki 

       2 TB of tzatziki 

S  -  oikos greek yogurt X 2

       8 triscuits with light peanut butter 

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :   Calories  -  1,239,  Carbs  -  79 Grams,  Protein  -  82 Grams 

 

All water and vits.   Likely 3 liters of water PLUS a few more decaf coffee

Good morning everyone.  Birdie, I ended up washing my Fitbit once.  I caught it before it went into the dryer, and it still works.   The Fitbit clocked 1400 steps while it was in the washer, lol.

Today I'm going swimming in the morning then household drudgery and errands  DH and I are going to the movies tonight at the VIP cinema.

The eats today are - protein coffee, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, salad with goat cheese, Greek yogurt with chia, hemp and chopped prunes.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Good morning everyone!  Weighed in at 191.8 this  morning....the OH Planner thing said I should be 191 by 7 mos.  I'm 7-1/2 mos so I'm not going to beat myself up over .8lbs!

We decided we would go out for dinner tonight....I'm thinking I'll have either steak or chicken fajitas....we'll see what the menu looks like.

In to work early as I had to take my truck in for service - all warranty work so that's good!

B - 1 egg, 1 cheese slice

S - Lite and Fit Greek yogurt

L - small taco salad, with sour cream, salsa and shredded cheddar

S - deli turkey and 30 grams old cheddar

D - tbd

Totals for the above Cal 690, Protein 78, carbs 23.....looks pretty good to add a meaty dinner to it!

Good morning :)

Off to school for the day. I have my class and then I'm covering someone else's class after. So it will be a long day. The puppies woke up three times last night... It's days like this I wish I still drank caffeine lol.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - Greek yogurt

Lunch - chicken and veg

Snack - pepperette, pickles

Dinner - pork roast and veg

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Morning all. In school for the day then TRX and Zumba tonight. I can't wait for christmas break because i'm ready to break, lol. Hope i can get a bit more rest today. 

3yrs post op

B - Coffee 5%, 3oz chicken breast

S - 1oz almonds

L - 1 can mini tuna, 3 baby cucumbers

S - 1oz calabrese, 1oz old fort

D - 3oz oxtail, 1/3 cup rice

S - 1 cup silk, 1/2 cup sugar-free jello pudding

Yesterday turned out to be a bit of a disaster. Tried a pool near me for Aqua-fit. Loved the instructor but the pool was far too cold. As I heat up my skin does not like the cold so starts to itch. Were talking major to the point of pain itch. By the time I got out of the water I was shivering. Won't be back there is a hurry.

Pain clinic helped while I was there but at 4:00 this morning it wore off a bit and my sciatic was back. I think the exercise yesterday may of made it worse. Dr is sending me for physio for my back which appears to have not weather well with age.

work today then home. I have my new granddaughter tonight. I think I will find a nice kids movie to watch.
