RNY  7 Years 7 Months Post Op 

Morning 

Taking a friend for a procedure this morning plus a few appointments of my own.  I dislike having to race to try and be two places at onetime.  I will be glad when today is completed with nothing missed.  

I've lost 8 pounds since late October.  This is regain of my regain   .   My head finally got back to a good "losing" space.  Roughly 1200 calories per day is giving me slow and steady results.  Just hope that Damn switch in my head doesn't go off again. 

STEPS :   no idea.  Lost my fitbit.   Guessing 5-6000

EATS 

B  -  1 cup of eggbeaters scrambled with 1 oz of habanero cheese 

L -  2 cups of Greek salad 

D -  6 oz of baked salmon 

S -  oikos greek yogurt  X 2

      6 triscuits with 2 tb of light peanut butter 

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :   Calories  -  1,125,  Carbs  -  74 Grams,   Protein  -  91 Grams 

 

All water and vits.   Lots of decaf coffee

Good morning :)

We are going to Ikea today to pick up a medicine cabinet for the bathroom reno. They are having a bathroom sale, so it's good timing. Other than that I will just be prepping for class. This is going to be a busy week (other than today), so I will try to get ahead as much as possible.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - Greek yogurt

Lunch - leftover steak and veg

Snack - pepperette

Dinner - pork roast

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

7+ mos post op RNY

Good morning!

Today is hubby and I's anniversary - 6 years!!  Was planning on going out for dinner but forgot we have to take the dog to the vet.  We'll see if we go out tonight or maybe tomorrow instead.

B - Lite & Fit greek yogurt with vector granola

S - devilled eggs

L - 3.5 oz ham, 4 cracker cut cheese

S - premier protein

D - who knows.

Congratulations on the loss Barb. I am barely coasting. Keep telling myself I need to lose a little. Trying a new pool this morning. Having trouble getting going with the cold out there. Hard to believe I was sitting outside in just a top on Friday.

Doctor appointment then pain clinic appointment this afternoon. Hoping to get some relief from the sciatic. Getting boring having this.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Morning all. In class today and so tired. Last week it was all go for me and no rest day. Hope not to have a repeat this week. i can feel my body getting tired and my knee is aching, i think the cold weather doesn't help either. Re: Pat, yes i have spoken to my doc and there centre a few times and they told me to take the Panto and cut back on gravol. Tried and tested and the next step is to see the surgeon. That will have to wait until next yr as i'm too busy at the moment. 

3yrs post op

B - Coffee 5%, 3oz pork chop

S - 1/4 cup dry roasted edamame

L - 3oz chicken, 1/4 cup mixed veg

S - 1 oz pork rinds

D - 3oz oxtail, 1/4 cup rice

S - 1 cup silk almond, 1/2 quest bar
