Only 5 more days and I get to head south again. I cram so much in the 10 days I am home that I sleep alot once I return to Florida. Today I am going to finish bringing up all the Christmas decor , finish some office work and get some groceries.

B - 6 mini Xtra lean meatballs with 1 TB of parmesan
L - 6 mini meatballs with 1 TB of parmesan
D - 1 cup of scrambled eggbeaters with 1 TB of habanero cheese
S - oikos greek yogurt

After looking out of the window this morning, I am ready to join you in Florida Barb. Your menu looks like something I could wrap my tastebuds around. What brand of lean meatballs do you buy?
This morning I going to Zumba, then more laundry and switching out the closet to winter clothes and packing up the summer clothes.
The eats today are - protein latte, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, salad with goat cheese, Greek yogurt with chia, hemp, chopped prunes and walnuts.

The puppy took two steps outside today and decided he wanted back inside.
We have nothing planned today which I think is awesome. Going to relax, maybe tidy/clean some of the house, and cook some stuff up for the week.
Breakfast - protein soft serve

Dinner - unknown. Maybe a nice roast.
