How do you manage the lack of appetite and need to sleep all day with getting enough in? Even water is making me nauseous today.

I'm two weeks post op.

I've just took some children's liquid Tylenol, hoping that will help. ??

I'm also taking care of a sick toddler and having to use an aspirator for the nose which makes me feel weird, prob bc I'm enhaling too much air.

Don't worry about getting protein in.  Staying hydrated is all that matters when you are sick

Water is key ... I'm almost one month n I was in the hospital twice already for dehydration. Girl u don't want it. Add crystal light to your water cause for some reason water and the chemical balance in it plain HURTS the hell out of my stomach. But with any type of crystal light it's a breeze. Try n see. Good luck

Thanks. Because the clinic was closed all weekend, I wasn't sure what meds I could take. I had very diluted orange juice yesterday and was able to drink one a litre if fluids. I feel better today though my ears are killing me. I hope it's just the pressure from the cold. It's a nasty one
