I am pretty sure there would have to be a medical reason. Better to try to get back to basics. Your restriction is proably there you just need to get back to basics. Protein forward

I remember you, back to basics my dear.    Protein and veggies and move your butt.   There are no secrets out here, just hard work.     Revisions are saved for those with mechanical failure, not for those that won't change their way of life.

FYI - This comment if for ALL OF YOU who feel that your stuck up comments are in any way helpful. I have been researching different topics on here for the last hour for something and I am working on and I am blown away at how many holier than thou people are on here posting responses to people that are just straight up RUDE. Of COARSE this person never returned to this thread after being judged and belittled. You people need to look in the mirror. You may fit into a size 6 dress and look gorgeous on the outside....but DAMN you are ugly as hell on the inside, and KARMA is a thing and you need to get over yourselves.
