Question HRRH - Surgery Date

Hello Everyone,  First time post, and soon to be on the losers bench.

I have been cleared for surgery and I have my Dec 6 appt. for my surgery date with Dr. Klein,told I will be picking up optifast.

Can anyone tell after this appt - is there anymore appt's prior to surgery.

I have my surgery booked with Dr. Klein December 21st :).  I went to see him a few weeks ago and I got my Optifast then.  I was told to see my family doctor 1 month prior to surgery and have her complete a form which I was given.  I am expecting a call from Dr Klein's office for my pre-op appointment where I will have to bring that form that will be completed by my family doctor. So to answer your question yes, you will have to see your family doctor and then your will have your pre-op appointment.  I hope this helps.
