RNY 7 Years 7 Months Post Op

Morning

Last 48 hours have been a blur but my eating was good.  A few meetings this morning,  out for dinner this evening.

Nia, you are so right about purchased roasted chicken.   It will take me a few days to finish.  So handy to have in the fridge.

STEPS :   no idea but likely in the 5-6000 range

EATS

B  -  4 oz of roasted chicken breast mixed with 1.5 TB of light mayonaise

L -  2 oz of roasted chicken breast on 2 cups of Greek salad

D  -  5 oz of salmon

        3/4 cup of broccoli

S  -  oikos greek yogurt

        Liberte Greek  yogurt

6 triscuits with 2 tb of light peanut butter

I have to save enough nighttime calories for meds and general hunger/boredom/relaxing.   I know it's my trouble time so best for me to accept and plan.

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :   Calories  -  1,224,  Carbs  -  82 Grams,   Protein  -  100 Grams

All water and vits.  Plus decaf coffee and tea

Have a great one

Good morning everyone.  Birdie, you're so right about planning.

This morning I'm going swimming, then running some errands, having lunch with a friend, paperwork and laundry.  I'll see if I can talk my friend into going for sashimi.  It's a good protein source and it doesn't seem to give me issues.

The eats today are - protein latte, hopefully sashimi both for lunch and leftovers for dinner, Greek yogurt with chia, hemp seeds and chopped prunes for an evening snack.

Have a great day everyone.

I let it sit overnight to eat the next day. I think it has been helping to keep things moving.

Morning all. Seriously, there aren't enough hours when you have every and are on the go. I remember being obese and at home the whole day, seemed like the hours drag. Now, i barely have enough time to juggle school, placement, work, me time... the list continues. Today more of the same, trying to find time, ha ha. Off to placement soon, then Zumba tonight. Great planning Barb, better to plan than being surprised. Have fun with your friend, you as well CC.

Hi Gang,

Hate life today....dogs ran away this morning, gone for 40 mins and come back like "what, are you looking for us?"

I have two pair of pants that fit me, and maybe twice as many tops....no cash for shopping, and I hate doing it anyway.

Didn't plan my day last night and no time this morning thanks to the dogs....so food is what I could grab from the fridge and I'll go out for lunch.

B - meatballs

S - meatballs

L - out - maybe a burger

S - leftover chicken from last night

D - who knows

Going to try and salvage the day...put a smile on!!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Ginny I'm sorry that you had to chase the dogs.  In all fairness, I did laugh a little when you said they looked at you like "what, are you looking for us".

On the clothes situation, see if you can go to Value Village.  Sometimes you can find some amazing things.  I found a Ralph Lauren sweater that is one of my favourites.

Sending you some hugs.

Good morning :)

Off to get my winter tires put on. I think we are going to test drive a couple vehicles while we are waiting. We want to get something a little bigger -- we have two small cars... But with dogs, and hopefully eventually kids, we will need more space.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - chicken

Lunch - turkey, pickles

Snack - pepperette

Dinner - spaghetti sauce (so tired of this)

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Good morning Everyone. Work today. Due to some changes one of the people I work for did yesterday I was unable to go swimming. She is not in this morning so I hope to get out to the pool as soon as it is open for lane swimming. I would not have minded if she had not broke all the rules she has been harping about to take a last minute client. Part time is good. Only today then off.

My BIL is having a pacemaker put in today. Although he was told in emerg that his heart was stopping multiple times a day it took them weeks to get him in for the pacemaker. He has reluctantly agreed to stay with us for at least one night. He is a bachelor who has become a bit of a recluse. He will not be forced into anything so will try to gently  suggest he stay two nights at least. He lives in a small bachelorette apartment so no one can not stay with him.

b greek yogurt, raspberries

l salad with chicken, source yogurt

s smoked chick peas

d meat balls no pasta, salad

s laughing cow, breton crackers, tea
