Good morning gang!  Dreary wet day today.

7+ mos post RNY

Nothing on the go today, staying warm, dry and hopefully awake....le sigh!

B - 4 oz hamburger gravy

S - 75 gr thai meatballs

L - sheppards pie ~5 oz

S - oikos greek yogurt

D - chicken breast with sautéed red pepper and onion, with a tbsp. sour cream 1/2 oz shredded cheddar

Total Cal 783, Carbs 40, protein 90

Good morning lovely menu people.  Today is going to be another busy day.  This morning I'm swimming, then yoga, then taking the 2nd car in to have the snow tires put on, then later Zumba.  Hopefully I'll be able to squeeze in a load of laundry because I don't want to go commando tomorrow, lol.

The eats today are - scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, Greek yogurt with chia, hemp seeds and chopped prunes, more scrambled eggs for dinner.  DH has a meat pie so I'm making something easy for me.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Good morning :)

Teaching again today, so I'm off to school. It's raining here too, so I need to remember my umbrella!!

Last night I decided to trim my dogs ears -- she's a spaniel so their ears can get quite long and tangled. My BF is not pleased with me because they are a little uneven. My friend laughed and said they look like "mommy cut bangs". 

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - egg, cheese stick

Lunch - turkey, pickles

Snack - pepperette, peanuts

Dinner - spaghetti sauce

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Morning all. Will read later as i'm in a bit of a rush. 

3yrs post op

B - Coffee 10%, no oats with tsp almond butter, 1/2 banana

L - 3oz chicken breast, 3oz zucchini

S - .7oz calabrese, 1 oz light mozzarella

D - more chicken, remind me never to buy a rotisserie if i'm the one eating all of it, lol

S - cashew almond milk, 1 pice pumpkin loaf i made.

Good morning all. CC all your exercise makes me feel tired. I hope to swim at lunch today. Home tonight. I have been putting together Christmas Boxes for our church. They need to go to the depot by Saturday. I hope to finish them tonight.

No idea what dinner is. It will be some protein and a salad and veg. But DH had not decided this morning. So I will add this later
