weight 193.8 this morning

Good morning all.  Sorry you're not feeling well Birdie.  Was a busy weekend for me with a wedding Saturday night and another one yesterday afternoon.  Yesterdays was in Owen Sound so it was a loooong day, but I wouldn't have missed it.  My favourite Aunt!

B - 4.4 oz hamburger gravy

S - oikos key lime yogurt

L - 1 cup chili

S - premier protein

D - 1 cup chili

I'm planning for the snacks in case I do need them, so I will have them available but am going to try and get by without them.

Totals including snacks Cal  983, carbs 78, protein 98.....not exactly true totals because I changed my chili recipe this time (more beef, less beans) but haven't had the chance to log the recipe...will go with this, better on the heavier side than light

Have a great day!

Good morning :)

Just doing some errands today. Not feeling great -- my day didn't start out well... I apparently slept through both dogs having accidents on my bed. Usually I wake up to let them out through the night. So I have to take my duvet to the drycleaners ?

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - pepperette, pickles

Lunch - chicken

Snack - egg, cheese stick

Dinner - spaghetti sauce

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Morning all. Sorry you're feeling a little off Barb. Hope you get over it soon. In class today all day, bugga, but will get over it soon. Thanks for the suggestion CC. I'll take a drive and buy some of the Blu drink. No more crackers. I can eat a whole box and now i'm all bloated. Well, this is the plan for today.

Hey Nia,

I am about 3.3 years out and have lost and maintained off of my weight (300 to 150). How many calories do you generally consume on a daily basis? I find myself starving all of the time. I am able to be okay with that but I aim for 1400, with high protein. I feel as though that is too much :S

Thanks Nia!

I average anywhere between 700-1200 cals. Some days i'm hungry some not. It's an individual thing because i cannot do more than 6oz of food in one sitting such as protein and veg. Maybe you can call your centre and ask what they would recommend. Also, are you truly hungry, or do you have acid etc. I notice that i still have reflux that mimics hunger sometimes. It's kind of hard sometimes to know when it comes to hunger. Increase water and eat dense protein, like chicken, tuna etc. When i eat these foods I'm fuller longer. I also eat on the clock. B-9am, L- 12, S-4, D-8, S-11:30 and it works for me.
