Good morning everyone. Enjoy you binge watching Birdie.
This morning I will drive to the military cemetery to attend the Remembrance Day services. My brother is meeting me there. It's about an hour's drive there. After I may go out for lunch with my brother and catch up. So no exercise for me today. The eats are not planned today. I will try to make good choices of protein.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all. Off to placement in a bit. Tonight I get to go out on the Community Truck tonight to feed those in need. This should be fun and exciting. They park the truck at City Hall, so i will walk the 5mins there. It's windy out there today, lady almost got blown into the road.
I made it to Zumba yesterday. Although I took a Gravol before hand, i'm glad i did because halfway through i was really nauseous. I dance through the end and took the other one after. I just had to go and distress as i've had no exercise all week. I need to move to feel good about myself.
Had some crackers yesterday and lots of coffee and water. Meat making me feel sick, so i've been limiting. I think it will be more of the same today.
Have a great day all, Nia.
Good morning :)
Last night I went to speak at the orientation at Guelph. One of the questions they asked me was about cravings. I said that during the liquid phase I craved something solid -- cheese in my case. Then they asked about wanting fast food. I said I didn't really eat at McDonalds or Wendy's anymore. They asked why and I said it just wasn't appetizing anymore. I can't believe that was my honest, on the spot response. My fat brain was appalled, but it's true. I just feel sick when I eat greasy things, so I would rather eat chicken or steak and not get sick. I find it a really good reminder talking to those classes -- why I had surgery, why I wanted to lose weight, and the NSVs that make it all so worth it.
