Anyone else have 4 weeks of OPTIFAST?

Yesterday I went to Walmart and they had folgers instant coffee regular or decaf and they came in the single packets like the crystal light does (I'm sure you can also buy them in a bigger jar. There were 6 in the pack and they were only $1.00 per box! I used half a package in each shake and you could taste the coffee but it wasn't over powering at all (I haven't had coffee in over a year so it was strong enough for me) If you're an avid coffee drinker you may want to add the whole packet. but it definitely tasted like an ice cap! 

IF you are looking for something to "spice up" your opti you can try the divinci and torani sugar free syrups. you can get them at a lot of coffee places. (the ones i know of are ones where they sell keurig coffee pods, one near vic park and eglington and another that i know of is in pickering

you can get all sorts of syrups and as  long as they are sugar free they are fine with your opti.

I went to the bulk barn today as I was told they would have sugar free syrup and they didn't carry any, I'm limited on where I can find stuff locally and will be heading to the city next week and hopefully will find some sugar free syrups to switch things up a bit.
