Good morning Gang,

I'm for a follow up with the neuro-surgeon about my feet, not sure if I told you but I had problems with them being numb and unable to bend up.  Apparently the culprit was pinched nerves as a result of crossing my legs!  They are much better now that I'm more conscience of not doing that, but a follow up is important anyway, right?!

Then off to work on this dismal Wednesday; good news is that tomorrow is the last day of the week for me as we get Friday off!

B - 1 egg, 1 cheese slice, 2 slices bacon

S - 1.5 oz grilled chicken breast with .7 oz of mozzarella (leftover lunch, and yes I measured )

L - 1 can tuna, with celery, red onion, lite mayo, and some tomato/cucumber/feta salad (all ingredients measured)

S - egg salad

D - meatloaf

S - none planned, but protein if hungry

Total Cals 890, carbs 30, protein 85

Morning

Up late watching the election results.  Nothing more to say on this!  Out with friends tonight to the same restaurant I met friends at last night.  Might have the same meal which is in my totals.

STEPS - 11,984

EATS

B - 2.5 oz. leftover chicken cordon bleu

L - 1 large meatball with sauce

S - 1 large tomato slice with 1 large slice of buffalo mozzarella - 1 TB of dressing

D - Hot Italian roll with butter

     Green salad with house dressing

     Large meatball

S - Pumpkin spice creamer - sugar free

     Dannon light and fit greek

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,178,  Carbs - 55 Grams,  Protein - 73 Grams

 

All water and vits - likely 3 litres of jus****er plus another litre of decaf coffee and tea

Good morning :)

Off to the doctors today. I think I may have picked up a bug from our new puppy. Not much on the go since my plans got changed.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - egg, cheese stick

Lunch - ham, pickles

Snack - pepperette, peanuts

Dinner - chicken and squash

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Morning all. How about the elections? Glad that's over, now we can digest it for a few more weeks. Not much going on today. Supposed to go to placement but still feeling off. I had nausea and diarrhea yesterday and was not a happy camper. So i will try to take it easy today. I hate not doing anything or fulfilling my commitments, but there is no way i can go to work like this.

Yesterday's eats were off too. Ended up buying crackers and ate those all day. Can't stomach anything else for now. Seems like more of the same today but i'll throw in some broth and more tea.

Good morning all. Work today then home. We are having someone come in to price putting in a gas fireplace. We have had a fake one which is original to the house since we moved in.
