Good morning all of you wonderful people.  I'm always so grateful for the support on this thread.

Today I'm going swimming, trying to get more done in the yard, taking a nap this afternoon and then going to the movies tonight (if I don't have a nap I will fall asleep during the movie, lol).

The eats today are - Greek yogurt with prunes, spaghetti squash for lunch (didn't eat this yesterday), scrambled eggs with salsa for dinner, drinking a protein coffee right now.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning CC, and everyone else!

Early start today.

29 weeks post - op (7 months on Friday)

B - 1 egg, 1 cheese slice

S - greek yogurt

L - TBD - out for work meeting

S - egg salad

D - turkey taco soup

totals so far, Cal 662, carbs 51, protein 49 (these aren't quite accurate because I didn't put the beans in the soup when I made it, but I also didn't adjust the recipe).

I will choose wisely at lunch time.  Have a great day!

Good morning :)

I'm teaching today. The students got their midterm grades back so they get to review them today.

Having a new puppy is more work than I remembered. Having two now feels like three times as much work as one. On a positive note I'm getting a ton of steps in chasing him around.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - egg, cheese stick

Lunch - pepperette, pickles

Snack - ham, peanuts

Dinner - probably picking something up (BF wants to watch the election results)

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

I'm too anxious about the election.   That's why I'm going to the movies, lol.

What's protein soft serve?  Just wondering....

My mom got me hooked on it... I toss 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder, a splash of sf torani syrup, and 6-7 ice cubes in the ninja blender until it's the consistency of soft serve. Sometimes I put in a little bit of frozen banana. Shakes and protein powder technically aren't on my plan, but I'm having a phase ;) I eat it with a spoon.

Morning all. In class today, at least we get out earlier than yesterday. Seems since last week i've been really nauseous after i eat for some reason. Yesterday was horrible. Drank a tonne of liquids and tea and gravol. It just made me sleepy. Oh well, onward and upwards. I'm supposed to go for Zumba today, so I will see how that goes. All that jumping won't do me any good.

B - Coffee 10%. 1 boiled egg, .3oz mozzarella, 1 slice Calabrese salami

S - plum

L - 1/3 cup zucchini, 5 shrimp, 2 mini chicken meatballs

S - shaved turkey breast

D - 3oz pork chop, mixed veg

S - sugar free pudding, 1 cup silk cashew

This is what i have planned, we'll see how it goes. Have a great day all, Nia.
