What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday)
Good morning everyone. So far it's looking like it's going to be a nice day here. Today I'm going to Zumba, doing more yard work, household drudgery, going for another bike ride, and chilling in front of the TV tonight.
For the eats - Protein decaf coffee, scrambled eggs with salsa, salad with goat cheese, spaghetti squash with chicken meatballs.
Have a great day everyone.

I'm feeling less queazy today and much better. No Zumba for me today, got a lot of homework i would like to get through. Will go out to get some veg and meat.

Hey Pat I hear you on the goosebumps. I always go to the military cemetery for the Remembrance service on the 11th. There have been times when the weather was really nice and others when it was bitter cold and windy with snow. The older veterans still come out for the service, many with 2 canes, or walkers. As uncomfortable as I am standing outside in the bad weather, it is nothing, not evenly one millionth of a percent of what our armed services had to endure. It makes me very grateful, humble, and in awe of their sacrifice.
