Happy Friday everyone. Ginny your menu stats are amazing. I am so jealous of the Lite and Fit. Everytime we go to the States I pick some up, and now I hear that have a pumpkin pie one. I have also bought the SF Pumpkin Spice Coffeemate that Birdie has been having.
Today it's swimming in the morning and hopefully another bike ride later in the day, more yard work and then tonight DH and I will probably go out and listen to live music or stay home in front of the TV and have a nice cozy fire. It will be his choice because he's had a hellish week at work.
The eats today are - protein coffee which I am drinking now, Greek yogurt, spaghetti squash with ground turkey in a creamy garlic sauce (Knorr).
Have a great day everyone.

Morning all. I hope I'm not coming down with something. Went for Zumba las night and had to stop half way. My stomach couldn't handle all that jumping and shaking. Got home and took Gravol and went to sleep. Too bad i cannot call in to any of the jobs i have today as they are all relying on me. I will take it easy though. On the plus side, i had 11,000 step by the time i left my placement at 4pm.
Good luck on your assignment G and happy swimming CC.
I'll see as i go along for the eats. Have a great day all, Nia.

Morning
Easy day today. Time to start a new book. My eats are good the past while. At 7.5 years out, I eat anywhere from 900 to 2400 calories per day,. Sometimes more. Many days I'll post my 900-1000 calorie eats and then for various reasons it's a day I'm eating a lot more.
What's important for me is to have at least three 900 calorie days per week to balance my big eating days. ( over 2000 ) This is my way of maintaining. I'm always still trying to lose 10 pounds, otherwise I'd just keep my calories in the maintenance 1500 -1800 range. I hope this makes sense. Just don't want those fairly new out to think you have to eat 1000 calories per day to maintain. Some do have to stay consistently low but I can handle these amounts.

CC, I have tried the pumpkin pie yogurt, MEH, its okay but not something I'm running around to get.
Good morning :)
I threw my back out again this week -- I feel so old when I say that. Does anyone know if we are able to use something like voltaren gel to help with pain?
I'm so glad it's Friday. I have a meeting and then I'm teaching a short class. We have friends coming over every day this weekend to meet the new puppy. I will try to do a little cleaning before they come over.
