i been missing in action on here for a bit lol but week 3 what have you been eating for snacks? i can not do yogurt or cottage cheese :(
deli turkey
egg salad (egg in an form really)
tuna salad
s/f pudding made with a protein shake and milk
Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!
in week 3 i was doing protein shakes or hummus or soups as my snack.
