More retail therapy in my plans today along with a few chores and meeting my girlfriends at an outdoor café for drinks and catching up. I shopped so little the past 6 months that I have a lot of pent up demand.
STEPS - 8223
EATS
B - 2 scrambled eggs
1 TB of Coffee mate sugar free pumpkin spice creamer in my coffee - delish
L - 2 ham roll ups made with 4 slices of deli ham each
S - 2 Kraft cracker cuts with 2 low sodium triscuits
glass of merlot
D - 1.5 cups of romaine
3 TB of Marzotti supreme Caesar dressing
3 oz grilled chicken tenders
lots of pepper!
S - Dannon light and fit
Sugar free pumpkin spice creamer in some decaf

Birdie, I hear you on the retail therapy... I think I have gone a little overboard lately. A lot of clothes and puppy supplies. I'm actually going to have to donate some of the puppy toys or we are going to drown in them. We ordered a six-month subscription to BarkBox (puppy toys and treats), so now we are going to have even more. I'm going to try to save the rest of my shopping for Christmas gifts now ;)

Dinner - beef something
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.

Nothing on the go today. Hoping for a walk at lunch if it doesn't rain.

I've left room for a snack but just couldn't think of something to have so we'll see.

I looked in my closet and decided I need to cut back the retail therapy a lot. I also need to get the rest of the Halloween candy out of the house. Work today then out tonight for a meeting. Not sure if it is the dark mornings but having trouble getting up lately.
Need to get some energy to go swimming. I will see how the day plays out.

Hi all i'm 5 weeks post op.
My day today:
B: 1/2 premier protein, blended with 1tbs pb2 and 1/2 banana
S: 1/4c hummus with a Broghie
L: salmon salad (2 oz salmon sashimi with capers, sundried tomato, 1/4 avocado, chives and 1 tsp lemon juice)
S: 1/2 premier protein
D: 1/2 baked bell pepper (stuffed with ground chicken and fireroasted tomato sauce with lots of garlic and onion of course, oh and some green olives in the mix as well)
totals: 768 calories, 68 grams protein 54 carbs 31 fat
V: patch MD (the usual 4)
E: walking
looks awesome! Which 4 patches to you use? Do you put them all on at the same time, or do some over night and some during day? Unless I'm mistaken, iron doesn't mix well with calcium - but maybe in the patches it doesn't matter. I see they are on sale so I'd like to start using them.
