I'm going to costco tonight! My vitamin D came up short so dr wants me to start with those now...

my vit D was low too. My regular dr suggested Vit D drops, but everytime I go to shoppers they are out of stock :(

Hello, just to give another option I use PatchMD Vitamin D3 / Calcium topical patches. Easy Peasy - put one on my shoulder before bed (and a multi vitamin patch on the other shoulder) and take them off when I get up in the morning. I don't take any vitamins/supplements orally. I also get a B12 injection monthly. Seems to be working well for me, according to my labs and how I'm feeling!  :)

That's interesting...where do you get the patches?  i ended up getting them from costco but it's alway nice to have options..thanks!
