Hi skinny_gigi!

I buy the Calcium Citrate from Costco. I also buy my Vit D there. I think the Calcium is Webbers and the Vit D is Kirkland Signature.

Cheers,

Skotti

I couldn't find the calcium citrate at my Costco.

Is the liquid calcium from Costco ok for after surgery?  It's made by Wellese? Haven't had surgery yet and was just wondering.

I was told to pick up the Jamp Calci-OS. It was cheap-ish ($9) for a 30 day supply. Its chew-able and orange flavored. I was also told that post op we can only absorb 500mg at a time, so it needs to be taken twice a day.

You can order a chewable calcium citrate from any pharmacy just give them this NPN # 80003262 they cost approx $10-12 for 60 and are a citrus flavour.  At shoppers drug mart they sell life brand chewable vitamin d they come in citrus or chocolate flavour.
