What are you eating/doing Wednesday?
Morning all. I have placement all day. Nice and different, better than sitting in class all day. Yesterday we sat so long that my butt started to get numb, lol. I hope to have a good day and all.

L - leftover slice of pizza from yesterday
S - cheese
D - 3oz steak, 1/2 cup brussel sprouts with roasted cherry tomatoes
S - 1 cup silk cashew with miralax

Good morning everyone. Ended up having a late night last night because DH and I went to the movies. Today I'm going to try and get more done in the garden and a few things around the house.
The eats today are, scrambled eggs, Greek yogurt and crockpot chicken meatballs for lunch and dinner.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Lots on the go today. Teaching, marking, and lots of meetings. But thankfully I was able to get a lot done last night so I can work from home on Friday.
Breakfast - protein soft serve
Snack - egg, cheese
Lunch - peameal, pickles
Snack - pepperette, peanuts
Dinner - unknown (meeting is catered)
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.

Good morning all. Work today. Unusual for me but two meetings today. I was asked to be our union rep on the pension committee. I am reluctant because I do not feel really qualified. But since it will effect me sooner than most it is a good time to learn more. Home tonight.
Found out my gym offers a free session with a trainer. I am going at lunch to see what they suggest. I find all the machines intimidating. I would like to know how to use them properly so cut back me doing myself in.
