Hello,

Is there a FAQ type post where newbies like me can find out things like:

what do all the short forms mean in peoples signatures?

what is a nut class?

etc...

Hello and welcome!

im not aware of such post but you can search using the magnifying glass icon at the top right by your name.

To answer some questions:

nut class/appt = nutrition class / appt

HW = highest weight

SW= surgery day weight

CW = current weight

WLS = weight loss surgery

NSV = non scale victory (for example smaller size clothes, fitting in airplane seats, resisting food temptations successfully, etc)
