That's what I thought but wasn't 100% sure.

do you get taxed on food? And how often do you go?

i'm planning to go in a few week, any recommendations on what to bring back? I'll be 1 week post op tomorrow.

Good morning :)

I agree with the adulting. We went on a date the other night -- dinner and a trip to Lowe's to pick out faucets. So exciting.

Just errands and staying out of the rain today. Was supposed to go for a walk outside but I'm guessing that will get cancelled.

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - egg, cheese

Lunch - pepperette, pickles

Snack - yogurt, fibre one

Dinner - unknown at this point

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

My mom got me hooked on it... I toss 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder, a splash of sf torani syrup, and 6-7 ice cubes in the ninja blender until it's the consistency of soft serve. Sometimes I put in a little bit of frozen banana. Shakes and protein powder technically aren't on my plan, but I'm having a phase ;) I eat it with a spoon.

My menus are getting harder to predict. I am fine all day but every time I think we are having one thing my DH makes something else. Three times this week I thought we were having chicken. Tuesday turned out to be meatloaf and Wednesday pork tenderloin. So I will put chicken yet again and change it later. I guess I shouldn't complain since he is making me dinner.

I found out my membership for the pool also includes a free session with a trainer in the gym. I have been reluctant to try new equipment when I do not know how to use it properly. So next week I will go have a session. Hope he takes it easy on this old bod.

The weather really sucks today so will have to go back to pacing my the halls again lol I guess I really shouldn't complain because the weather has been amazing all week and it is mid-October. Have a great day all

B - 1/4 C scrambled egg whites

S1 - 1/2 C plain fat free Greek yogurt

L - 1/4 C Ricotta Bake (Yummy)

S2 - Protein Shake (yuk since the surgery I am really not liking these shake way too sweet but best way to getting my protein)

D - 1/4 C Ricotta Bake (Mmmm)

S3 - 1/4 C Fat free Cottage Cheese

+ 1 protein water ( 70 cals :-( but it has 15 protein)

all Vits & 2 l water

Calories 571 Carb 25 Fat 12  Protein 87

You guys... I had more Slim Time. LOL BUUUUT it was the LAST DAY because I'm having surgery tomorrow!
