i want to commend you for having exactly the right attitude.  this is an extremely emotional and hard process and things aren't alway going to be easy, but you're right it's Ok! get back in the saddle and try it again.  even post op there will be days where the scale goes up before it goes down and you will need perspective and positive attitude that allows you to try again.  if you have the attitude right you're almost there!

remember the aw and dietician are there to help so if you listen to them the better off you'll be in the long run.

keep up the positive attitude.  i'm rooting for you!

Thank you for the kind words. I really appreciate it. I think its okay to have a moment and react to something, but reassessing those feelings after a day or so and reflect on it is important. This road is not an easy one, that is for sure. I know your going to have ups and downs, but trying to balance those emotions and expectations are really important.

Thanks again for your kind words and support. Where are you in this process?

I wish you all the best in your journey as well!

OK, take a deep breath.  You are exactly where you need to be in your journey.  We don't always understand why things work out the way they do, just be grateful that you are on your journey.  It's all going to work out in the end.  Take the advice you have been given and work on the areas you need to work on.  Next time will be better.  Eventually you will have your surgery and then you will be on the road to an entire new adventure.
