Day two post op

Good morning everyone 

a little update this morning. Went to bed at 10:20 and up at 6:00. Had a good night sleep, woke up in the middle of the night with a bit of tenderness on my stitches but not enough to get up and take meds. Took narcotics at 10:00 but only Tylenol 3325mg -2 tablets this morning. Took my crushed med, had a poo... yep and no sign of blood in the poo, took a shower and now sipping on my chocolate whey protein shake and half and half apple juice. Lots of rumbles in my belly but a bit less gaz.

today's program... sip, walk, rest and repeat

No, got out of the operation room at 2:20PM on Monday and got home on Tuesday at noon

i can't believe how painless it has been. I am tired a bit, will snooze on and off but I feel great. No narcotics since 10:00pm yesterday. It's pretty amazing when you think my surgery was Monday afternoon. Protein shakes are going in. Having a bit of rumbles in the junkie and some diarrhea but no blood. 

Super happy! I was so ready for this
